A vortex, bright lights

Hello Rosary lovers! In this post I will outline my experience of praying the Rosary using the Internet.

Ok, so there are many ways to pray the Rosary, and I’ve addressed them on this site. Take a look around and satisfy your curiosity.

But one of my favourite ways to pray the Rosary has always been to use my Mobile phone, get onto the internet and type in the mystery you are about to recite.

You then click ‘images’, and the search engine will bring up 1000s of images for that particular mystery.

It’s unbelievable. In a matter of seconds, you can have access to more images on the crucifixion, or the nativity of Jesus, or his baptism, etc. than anywhere else.

Our ancestors knew nothing of this. Saints of the past would have loved for this day and age where this is possible.

Having brought up all these images, you can do what you like. You can scroll through them, or click one, and just stick with that. Or click one and scroll from image to image. You can zoom into the pictures.

And all whilst saying the Hail Marys!

You can’t get a better form of actual MEDITATION on the mysteries of the Rosary. The Internet does all the hard work for you! All you have to do is type in the mystery into the search engine, and then recite the Our Father, the 10 Hails Marys, and the Glory be.

And that’s it.

And watch the time fly as you do this. You can get through one whole Rosary quite easily doing this, time will go so fast as you go from image to image, from mystery to mystery.

This devotion of using internet images in my Rosary meditations has helped me so much. I’ve used these images so often that now when I don’t use images, they are in my brain as I meditate on the mysteries.

I really recommend this practice, especially if you have a hard time using your imagination, as I do.

Please get in touch if you have any questions, and we’ll try to help you.

God bless.
